GET STARTED: LEARN THE BASICS
CrossFit programming is designed to be inclusive. Getting started at BrewCity CrossFit is as easy as 1-2-3. Start with a free trial workout. Once you’ve had a chance to experience what we do, if you decide to be part of the BrewCity CrossFit community, we’ll sign you up for CrossFit Elements. From there, we can figure out which membership option is right for you.

Free Introductory Workout
If you’re curious about CrossFit, your first step is to come in for a free introductory workout at any of our regular classes. Give us a call and let us know you’re coming – or just drop in during any of our class times! You may lose a couple pounds of sweat, but you’ll gain a few new friends in the process!
Start with Capacity class
We recommend that beginners to CrossFit start in the Capacity classes. We'll teach you all of the essential movement patterns you'll need in order to hit the ground running when you're ready to learn the higher skilled movements we us in the CrossFit classes.
Membership Packages
If you have already completed CrossFit Elements, or are a veteran CrossFitter and can demonstrate to our coaches that you are ready for CrossFit Group Classes, check out our membership packages!
Personal Training
We encourage you to partake in our group classes and be part of our community, but if you’d prefer private instruction you can sign up for personal training. Contact us to make arrangements.
Drop-in Policy
If you are a veteran CrossFitter visiting, you are welcome to drop in to any of our CrossFit Group Classes. The drop-in rate is $20. A drop-in + t-shirt is $25.
