GET STARTED: LEARN THE BASICS
CrossFit programming is designed to be inclusive. Getting started at BrewCity CrossFit is as easy as 1-2-3. Start with a free trial workout. Once you’ve had a chance to experience what we do, if you decide to be part of the BrewCity CrossFit community, we’ll sign you up for CrossFit Elements. From there, we can figure out which membership option is right for you.

Free Introductory Workout
If you’re curious about CrossFit, your first step is to come in for a free introductory workout at any of our regular classes. Give us a call and let us know you’re coming – or just drop in during any of our class times! You may lose a couple pounds of sweat, but you’ll gain a few new friends in the process!
Start with Elements
If you’re new to CrossFit, you should attend the next cycle of our CrossFit Elements program. Elements classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and run in three-week cycles (6 classes total), starting on the first Tuesday of each month. In Elements, we'll teach you all of the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as the science and methodology behind our programming, goal setting, nutrition, etc.
Membership Packages
If you have already completed CrossFit Elements, or are a veteran CrossFitter and can demonstrate to our coaches that you are ready for CrossFit Group Classes, check out our membership packages!
Athlete Plus Program & Personal Training options
We encourage you to partake in our group classes and be part of our community, but if you prefer one-on-one instruction, we do offer personal training sessions, as well as our Athlete Plus program.
The Athlete Plus program is designed to supplement your attendance in our regular group classes. We pair you with a coach, who will provide one 45-minute private session per week, regular text/email correspondence, additional “homework,” diet advice, etc. This is perfect program for you whether you’re just getting started, training for competition, coming back from an injury, or just interested in taking your fitness to the new level. Personal Training is designed for those that prefer to have the majority of their training take place in a 1-on-1 setting and do not want to become a group class member of the gym. Customers can choose which coach they’d like to work with and coordinate their sessions with their coach. You can work with your coach to set your schedule.
Drop-in Policy
If you are a veteran CrossFitter visiting, you are welcome to drop in to any of our CrossFit Group Classes. The drop-in rate is $20. A drop-in + t-shirt is $25.
