For each set:
1 Back Squat, re-rack bar, rest 20-25 seconds
1 Back Squat, re-rack bar, rest 20-25 seconds
1 Back Squat, re-rack bar, rest 20-25 seconds
1 Back Squat, re-rack bar, rest for remainder of
5 min interval
