Please join us this Monday, 5/28, for our 8th annual Memorial Day Murph. We will be performing heats of the hero workout Murph at 8 am, 9 am and 10 am. Please reserve your heat in wodify ahead of time to guarantee a spot. The gym will be closed the remainder of the day.
