  • The ultimate class to supplement to your training routine. Improve your work capacity and recovery with varied, coach-led conditioning workouts that challenge every fitness level.

  • In addition to CrossFit, Brewcity memberships include training opportunities with our very own Milwaukee Barbell, the premiere Olympic Weightlifting club in the southeast Wisconsin area.

  • Dr. Erik Gregersen and Evolv-PT Physical Therapy & Performance are located on site to address any movement issues or injuries that might be holding you back. He offers dry needling, manual therapy, injury screenings, and corrective exercises with the idea of getting you performing at your best.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY

  • STEP 1

    Reach out & share your goals. Don’t worry about being “in-shape” to start. Fill out our Contact Form below to tell us about your fitness background and what you want to achieve. We’ll reach out within 24 hours to say hello.

  • STEP 2

    Book Your No-Sweat Intro. We’ll invite you in for a brief, 15-minute tour of our Downtown Milwaukee facility (we have plenty of free parking). No workout gear is required - this is just a chance to meet a coach, see the space, and discuss the best program (CrossFit, Conditioning, MKE Barbell, etc.) for your needs.

  • STEP 3

    Start Your Journey. Depending on your experience, you’ll either jump into a class or start with our On-Ramp program to learn the movements safely. You’ll have a coach by your side every step of the way to ensure you feel confident and supported.
