GETTING STARTED IS EASY

  • STEP 1

    Reach out & share your goals. Don’t worry about being “in-shape” to start. Fill out our Contact Form below to tell us about your fitness background and what you want to achieve. We’ll reach out within 24 hours to say hello.

  • STEP 2

    Book Your No-Sweat Intro. We’ll invite you in for a brief, 15-minute tour of our Downtown Milwaukee facility (we have plenty of free parking). No workout gear is required - this is just a chance to meet a coach, see the space, and discuss the best program (CrossFit, Conditioning, MKE Barbell, etc.) for your needs.

  • STEP 3

    Start Your Journey. Depending on your experience, you’ll either jump into a class or start with our Foudations program to learn the movements safely. You’ll have a coach by your side every step of the way to ensure you feel confident and supported.
