Three steps to making it happen

  • 1) Let's Chat and Schedule Your Free Trial Class

    Fill out the form below and we’ll chat and get you scheduled for your free trial class - The best way to see what we do and how we run a class is to experience it for yourself! Don’t worry, even if you’ve never done CrossFit before, we can scale weights and modify the workout to any fitness and ability level.

  • 2) Complete your Elements sessions

    If you like what you saw in your intro class, we’ll get you signed up for a membership and schedule your three INCLUDED Elements Sessions. You’ll meet with one of our coaches 1-on-1 or in a small group to cover all of the foundational movements we use in CrossFit to build up your confidence, and answer any questions you might have about the gym.

  • 3) Join the Gym!

    You’re ready to attend regular CrossFit group classes! We continue to teach and correct movements in all of our classes. As you follow our program, you’ll see improved fitness, increased strength, and better movement patterns. It’s a lifelong process and we hope you’ll let us be a part of it!

  • BCCF is a huge gym. They're able to have two classes going on at the same time and still have a ridiculous amount of space open. There were a ton of people there. Very well equipped. Great workouts. They seem to have very intentional and well thought out programming.
